West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu, according to the Daily Star.
The Spaniard, who is currently on loan at AC Milan, has been linked with the Hammers twice before, but Slaven Bilic is hopeful he can be third-time lucky.
However, he may find it difficult to bring Deulofeu to the London Stadium, with interest from the Rossoneri wanting to make the move permanent.
Another potential hurdle that could upset West Ham’s plans to bring the winger to the capital could be the buy-back clause Barcelona have in his contract, a term implemented when Everton signed him in 2015.
The Blaugrana can bring Deulofeu back to Camp Nou for a reported £10.3 million should they wish to, whilst it is thought the Hammers would have to offer £15.5m to secure his signature.
Although if Barcelona do decide to re-sign the former academy player, there is still the possibility of him being sold on or even loaned out again.
The attacker fell out-of-favour with Everton boss Ronald Koeman this season, despite having spent two campaigns as one of the better players at Goodison Park.
Deulofeu has been in impressive form recently for AC Milan, creating three assists in nine games, which has earned him a call-up to the Spain squad for their fixtures against Israel and France.
