West Ham United are ready to compete with some of Europe’s biggest clubs to sign Palmeiras defender Yerry Mina, according to The Mirror.
The Hammers will have to fight with Spanish giants Barcelona for his signature, with fellow Premier League side Manchester City also reportedly keeping tabs on the player’s situation.

The defender represented Colombia during the Copa America over the summer and has played in three of their five World Cup qualifying matches.
Manager Slaven Bilic will be hoping that the chance of regular football will make Mina consider West Ham above the rest, as he looks to shore up his defence for the second half of the season.
The London side have conceded 35 goals in 20 league games and are currently 13th in the table.
Bilic will be hoping to engineer either a permanent deal or see if he can secure a deal for the player for the future as he looks to beat Barcelona to signing him.
