West Ham United forwards Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho have travelled with the squad to Dubai for the clubs warm-weather training.

The Senegal striker had to wait until November to make his first appearance for the Irons this season but he has been out of action since the end of the same month after picking up an injury in their Premier League match against Manchester United.

It is being reported that he is expected to make a return in March.

They both made the trip and Diafra is making rapid progress, a source told Claret & Hugh.

English centre-forward Carroll has been on a great run of form for the Hammers since returning from a knee injury in December last year, including scoring four goals in six appearances in January.

Despite picking up a small groin problem, the 28-year-old is reportedly certain to play in the Irons next game against Watford in the Premier League.

Slaven Bilic will be hoping the training camp will boost his squads confidence having had an inconsistent start to the new year.

  1. Imagine how the slimy 2 faced frog felt every week watching Noble give the ball away , getting caught in possession or passing backwards . He might be loyal but has absolutely no ability .
