West Ham United co-owner David Gold has revealed he has no plans to sell the club anytime soon.
The Hammers have been enduring a difficult season on and off the field, including player troubles and angry fans.
Supporters are furious over the relocation of their club to the London Stadium from the Boleyn Ground, as well as the inability to bring in a replacement for Dmitri Payet and a striker.
One fan decided to take to Twitter to ask how the club will fix it’s problems or if the owner was just waiting to sell up for a profitable sum.
Gold responded to the fan on his personal account stating “we have no plans to sell the club, dg.”
West Ham have had a difficult league campaign with the team sitting 12th after three straight defeats.
The Hammers have suffered more losses this season than last year’s impressive run, however pressure has started to mount on Slaven Bilic.
They will be hoping they can take all three points in their next game with a visit to Hull City, who are fighting against relegation.
