West Bromwich Albion have made a last-gasp loan offer to Watford for striker Odion Ighalo, according to The Daily Mail.
The Nigeria international has failed to replicate the feats of last season for the Premier League side and as such is being touted with a Vicarage Road exit before the transfer window closes on Tuesday night.
Ighalo is reportedly a target for Chinese teams in what could possibly be a big-money sale for the Hornets.
However, the latest report suggests that West Brom, who are overly reliant on Salomon Rondon for goals, are keen to take the African attacker on loan.
With Ighalo believed to be having second thoughts on leaving the Premier League and Watford landing MíBaye Niang to bolster their options in the final third, Baggies fans will be hopeful a deal can be thrashed out.
Tony Pulis has been vocal in his desire to strengthen West Bromís strength in depth, but as yet there has not been major movement in the Hawthorns squad in January.
