West Bromwich Albion are interested in Stoke City defender Ryan Shawcross, according to The Telegraph.
Tony Pulis bought the current Potters captain to the Bet 365 stadium during his second spell as manager there and therefore knows the player well having managed him for six seasons.

Stoke are reportedly eager to tie him down to a new deal, however, with his contract running out in 2018.
Pulis is looking to strengthen has back line after enjoying an excellent season in the Premier League, lifting the Baggies into the top half of the table where they look on course to finish.
West Brom are not the only club after Shawcross however, with Leicester City and Newcastle United also interested in acquiring his services.
Whether he will be at the Hawthorns next season could depend on how quickly Stoke enter into negotiations with him over a new deal.
Shawcross could be a good addition to Pulis’ side, as he knows how the centre-back operates and will be able to assess how he will fit into his team ahead of their next top-flight campaign.
