Arsenal are keeping a close eye on Porto wonderkid Andre Silva and had scouts present to watch the striker as his side played Leicester City in the Champions League recently, according to O Jogo.
The 20-year-old is the latest in a long line of prodigious talents to emerge from the Estadio do Dragao outfit’s youth academy and has broken into the Portuguese side’s first-team squad.

Silva has taken his opportunity to play this season with both hands, scoring five goals in seven games for Nuno’s men in the process.
The gifted attacker has starred for Portuguese age-grade level teams from under-16’s all the way through to under-21’s and made his debut for the senior side earlier this year.
Arsenal have been in the market for a potent striker for some years but failed to land a world-class option, with the Emirates Stadium faithful calling out for the Gunners to spend big.
If the North Londoners are to land Silva a sizeable transfer fee will most likely be needed, with the 20-year-old having a €60 million (£52.6 million) release clause in his Porto contract.
Arsenal signed Lucas Perez over the summer to boost their options in the final third but Alexis Sanchez has most commonly been given the nod to play as the furthest man forward.
