Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with January moves for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha and Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon, with The Guardian stating that the London duo are the two players most likely to end up at White Hart Lane next month.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has been vocal in his disdain for trying to strengthen his squad in the mid-season window but has admitted that should a player of note become available a deal could be possible.
The Premier League side were rumoured to have made an offer for Zaha in the summer but saw this rebuffed by their London rivals and are being touted with another approach given the former Manchester United winger’s form in recent weeks.
Palace will surely be reluctant to sell their prize asset and it would take a major offer from Tottenham to convince Sam Allardyce’s men to cash-in on the attacker.
Sessegnon has broken through into the first team at Craven Cottage, with the progressive left-back being tipped as a potential star of the future.
The 16-year-old seems to be a hot property and would compete against the likes of Danny Rose and Ben Davies should he end up at the Premier League club.
