Tottenham Hotspur stretched their Premier League winning streak to four matches with a commanding 4-1 victory over Watford at Vicarage Road on Sunday.
The North London side dominated the affair against the Hornets from early in the piece and found themselves 3-0 up at half time courtesy of a Harry Kane brace and smart Dele Alli finish.
The latter scored Spurs’ fourth early in the second half and although Younes Kaboul pulled one back for the hosts, the win was one of Tottenham’s most-dominant of the season.
Mauricio Pochettino switched to a three-man defence and the victors did not miss the suspended Jan Vertonghen or Kyle Walker.
The victory sees Tottenham leapfrog Manchester City into fourth place ahead of a mouth-watering clash with current runaway Premier League leaders Chelsea on Wednesday night.
After the win at Watford, the Spurs players have taken to Twitter to celebrate the three points with the travelling support – here are the best tweets from the players.
