Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly making plans for life after Hugo Lloris, with The Sun stating that the North London club are worried the French goalkeeper could leave next summer.

The former Lyon custodian has been embroiled in new contract negotiations but as yet there has been no progress on extending the star’s terms.

According to the report, Spurs have been putting the feelers out to see who could replace Lloris should be exit White Hart Lane at the end of the season.

Sunderland’s Jordan Pickford has been linked with a move to North London, with the young Englishman impressing so far this season at the Stadium of Light.

David Moyes recently admitted that the Black Cats could struggle to keep hold of their prize asset, with a switch to Spurs surely of interest to the goalkeeper.

The report also suggests that Tottenham are monitoring Joe Hart’s situation at Manchester City, but that the current Torino loanee’s wages could be too much for Mauricio Pochettino’s men to pay.
