Tottenham Hotspur are set to be challenged by Manchester City for the signature of Fulham wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon, according to The Sun.
The 16-year-old, who has reportedly been priced at £8 million by the Craven Cottage hierarchy, joined the west London club at the age of nine and has stormed up the ranks by impressing boss Slavisa Jokanovic.

The England youth international has featured 18 times for the first team this season in all competitions – in which he has notched four goals and grabbed two assists.
The pacey defender has caught the eye of many due to his mature ability – something that Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino seems to favour in youth with the consistent selection of White Hart Lane youngsters like Dele Alli, Harry Kane, and more recently Harry Winks.
Sessegnon would provide perfect cover for Danny Rose when the England international is unavailable – something that Tottenham have struggled to do this campaign in having to rely on Ben Davies whose performances have often left much to be desired.
But with Pep Guardiola desperate for defensive variety, and suggestions that the teenager would slot straight into Manchester City’s first-team plans, it may be tough for Tottenham to persuade the hot prospect to join the fellow London club as a second-string player.
