Tottenham Hotspur have entered the race to sign out-of-favour Manchester United winger Memphis Depay, according to The Liverpool Echo.
The Netherlands international has seen precious little football at Old Trafford this season and is being heavily linked with a move to Everton in January.

However, the latest report suggests that Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino could also be interested in the former PSV Eindhoven attacker and is ready to rival the Toffees for the attacker’s signature.
The Argentine trainer spoke in the summer of his desire to add pace to the Tottenham side in wide areas and as such bought Moussa Sissoko from Newcastle United.
However, Depay would also fit the bill and add genuine wing play to Spurs’ options if he was to end up at White Hart Lane.
The Dutch attacker was a revelation in his homeland and the North London club were believed to be one of the teams fighting for his signature at the time.
A loan move for Depay could be a shrewd move by Pochettino in January but the Everton target’s addition would potentially reduce opportunities for the likes of Josh Onomah and Georges-Kevin N’Koudou.
