AC Milan supremo Adriano Galliani has admitted that the Serie A side are in talks with Everton over the potential of signing Gerard Deulofeu this month.
The former Barcelona wideman has struggled to impress Ronald Koeman this season and finds himself playing a fringe role in the Dutch trainer’s thoughts.

The Goodison Park trainer has this week admitted that he will allow Deulofeu to leave Merseyside in January if a deal that suits all parties can be agreed.
Milan have been touted as a possible admirer of the Spain international in recent weeks, with scope for a potential loan move to take the attacker to the San Siro for the rest of the current season.
Galliani has remained tight-lipped over the possibility but has confessed that talks are underway over a potential January deal.
“I am authorised to say that the negotiations for Deulofeu are continuing,” he told Mediaset Premium.
Deulofeu has shown extraordinary trickery and a solid understanding with Romelu Lukaku since moving to Everton but a lack of consistency has blighted his chances this season.
