Swansea City and West Ham United clash in the Premier League on Boxing Day, with both sides desperate for three invaluable points at the Liberty Stadium.

The Hammers have underachieved this season but two consecutive victories have lifted Slaven Bilic’s men to 13th on the Premier League table.

That said, the London outfit have been far from their best this term and have looked like a fragment of the team that impressed in 2015-16.

Swansea have changed managers and given Bob Bradley the unenviable task of getting the Welsh outfit out of relegation danger.

The Liberty Stadium side sit in 19th place ahead of the game with West Ham and have only recorded 12 points so far this term.

As can be seen below, Bilic has made two changes to his starting XI, bringing in Havard Nordtveit and Andre Ayew for Pedro Obiang and Manuel Lanzini.

Spanish striker Borja Baston leads the line for the hosts, with compatriot Fernando Llorente on the bench for Bradley’s side.
