Manchester United are being tipped to sign prodigious young Scottish striker Matthew Knox, with The Mirror stating that the Livingston attacker has headed to Old Trafford this week for another trial with the Premier League giants.
The 16-year-old is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Scottish football and made his debut for Livingston only four days after his 16th birthday.
Knox is in demand and it appears to be only a matter of time before the teenage starlet moves to more glamorous surroundings.

Rangers are believed to be one of the attacker’s major suitors but have seen an approach for the young centre forward rejected already.
Knox has already spent time training with United earlier this year, while similar stints have taken place at Tottenham, Liverpool and Everton.
The latest report suggests that the Scot is set to be handed a permanent deal to move to Old Trafford and join the youth ranks at Old Trafford.
