According to Football Insider, West Ham United are set to sign former Manchester United youngster Mipo Odubeko.
It has been reported that West Ham are confident that they have secured the services of the 16-year-old after the striker told them that he wanted to sign for the Hammers.
The report has claimed that a number of clubs in Europe are after the former United prospect, and that West Ham will confirm the signing of the teenager as a new signing imminently.
Odubeko left Premier League clubs Manchester United in the summer and has turned down multiple offers from the Red Devils to sign for him, according to the report.
One for the future
Odubeko is only 16 years of age, and it is clear that he is not ready for the West Ham first team yet.
However, the striker is one for the future, and with guidance and proper coaching, he can develop into a very good player in the coming years.
