Rangers are interested in signing Herbie Kane from Liverpool in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider.
It has been reported that Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club have made an approach for the Liverpool midfielder.
The 20-year-old is set to leave the Reds again on loan in the summer transfer window, and Rangers want to bring the midfielder to Ibrox, according to the report.
Rangers, though, are not the only club who want to sign Kane, according to the report.
It has been claimed that Swansea City, Hull City, Charlton Athletic and Preston North End are also interested in the youngster.
Kane is a very talented and promising young midfielder who is ready for the next step in his career after spending the last season on loan at Doncaster Rovers in League One in England.
According to Football Insider, the English youngster made 49 appearances in all competitions for Rovers, scoring seven goals and providing 10 assists in the process.
The 20-year-old will be a good signing for Rangers, whose manager Steven Gerrard knows the midfielder well from his time as the Liverpool Under-18 manager.
