Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa has been impressed with Tyler Roberts’s attitude, according to Football Insider.

It has been reported that Roberts, who can operate as a striker, winger or attacking midfielder, spoke to Bielsa about how he needs to improve.

The Wales international was told to add end product to his game, and Bielsa and his coaching staff have been impressed with his response and attitude, according to the report.


Roberts has made two starts and five substitute appearances in the Championship for Leeds so far this season, scoring one goal in the process, according to WhoScored.

During the 2018-19 campaign, the Wales international made 20 starts and eight substitute appearances in the league for the West Yorkshire outfit, scoring three goals and providing five assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

Leeds are third in the Championship table at the moment with 31 points from 16 matches, just two points behind leaders West Bromwich Albion
