According to Football Insider, Leeds United have turned down an offer from a Spanish club for Samuel Saiz.
It has been reported that a La Liga club made an offer to Leeds to sign Saiz on loan in the summer transfer window for the 2019-20 campaign.
However, according to the report, the Championship outfit in England have rejected the offer, as they want to sell Saiz on a permanent basis this summer.
It has been reported that Leeds head coach Marcelo Bielsa does not want the 28-year-old – who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a forward – in his team for next season after he decided to leave the West Yorkshire outfit to move to Getafe in Spain on loan in the January transfer window for the second half of the 2018-19 campaign.
The Spaniard struggled to make an impact at Getafe, as he made only two starts and eight substitute appearances in La Liga, scoring one goal in the process, according to WhoScored.
