Jamie Barjonas will sign a new contract with Rangers, according to Football Insider.
It has been reported that the 20-year-old midfielder has been in talks with Rangers over signing a new deal.
The Scottish youngster is out of contract at Rangers at the end of the season, according to Football Insider.
It has been claimed that the 20-year-old and his representatives have told Rangers that the midfielder will agree a new deal with the Gers.
The report has stated that an announcement regarding a new contract for Barjonas will be made in the coming weeks.
Future at Rangers
Barjonas has been at Rangers since 2008, but the Scottish youngster has made only a handful of appearances for the Gers’ first team so far in his career.
The youngster has been out on loan at Bury and Raith Rovers, and perhaps in the coming months and years, the 20-year-old could establish himself in the Rangers first team under manager Steven Gerrard.
