Rangers will be without Ryan Kent until mid-October, according to Football Insider.

Kent, who joined Rangers from Liverpool in the summer transfer window, suffered an injury during the Gers’ Scottish Premiership game against Livingston at Ibrox on Saturday afternoon.

The 22-year-old winger limped out in the first half, and Football Insider has now claimed that the youngster will be on the sidelines until mid-October.

It was Kent’s ‘second’ debut for Rangers, with the winger having spent the 2018-19 campaign on loan at the Gers from Liverpool.

According to Football Insider, Kent has suffered a hamstring injury and will be out of action for at least three weeks.

Blow for Rangers

Kent is a very good winger who was a success at Rangers last season, and it is a blow for the Gers that he will reportedly be out for three weeks.

Although Rangers have other wingers such as Sheyi Ojo, Kent will be missed by the Gers.

Rangers are three points behind leaders and bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment.
