According to Calciomercatoweb.it, AS Roma head coach Claudio Ranieri is a managerial target for Celtic.

Ranieri will leave Italian club Roma at the end of the season, and it has been reported that the former Leicester City manager is on the radar of Celtic.

Neil Lennon is in charge of the Hoops until the end of the season, having been appointed in the role in February 2019 following the departure of Brendan Rodgers to Leicester in the Premier League.

Calciomercatoweb.it has reported that Ranieri is on the shortlist of the Glasgow giants as a managerial candidate.

The 67-year-old is one of the most highly respected and most well-known managers in the world.

The Italian tactician has been in charge of heavyweights such as Napoli, Roma, Chelsea, Juventus and Inter Milan, and he also guided Leicester to the Premier League title in 2016.

Celtic have already won the Scottish Premiership title and the Scottish League Cup this season, and the Glasgow giants have also progressed to the final of the Scottish Cup.
