The Premier League Summer Series will be coming to the United States with some of the most exciting pre-season fixtures this July.
Six English top-flight clubs will compete in the tournament at five epic stadiums along the East Coast of the USA.
These sides include Aston Villa, Newcastle United, Brentford, Brighton & Hove Albion, Chelsea, Fulham.
Newcastle enjoyed a brilliant season under Eddie Howe, with the Magpies qualifying for the Champions League after finishing fourth in the table.
Meanwhile, Brentford have been going from strength to strength since earning promotion to the top-flight in 2021. They finished ninth in the standings with 59 points.
Chelsea’s fortunes saw a huge decline last campaign as they had to settle for a disappointing 12th-placed finish despite bringing in some of the top players in the Premier League transfer window.
Brighton lost Graham Potter to Chelsea very early in the campaign but they still ended up sixth in the table.
As for Aston Villa, their fortunes completely changed after the appointment of Unai Emery.
They were close to relegation under Steven Gerrard but the Spanish boss led them to a sensational run, securing a place in the Europa Conference League next term.
Fulham also saw great improvement last term as they finished 10th in the standings.
Leeds United were originally part of the roster, but their relegation from the top-flight meant the Cottagers were given the spot.
The nine matches between the six teams will take place in Atlanta, Orlando, Philadelphia, Landover and Harrison from July 22 to July 30, 2023.
