Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon has his heart set on a move to Tottenham Hotspur this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Spurs are expected to be heavily involved in the transfer market when the window reopens, with Mauricio Pochettino wanting to add depth to his squad to allow his side to compete strongly on many fronts next season.
Tottenham were Premier League title challengers and contenders in the Champions League for much of the season, but they found the going a little too tough domestically a month or so ago, and head into the second leg of their European semi-final against Ajax Amsterdam having to overturn a 1-0 first leg deficit.
While it has been a positive campaign for Spurs overall, to come out of it without any silverware, and keep their barren run going, will be a kick in the teeth for their fans and take away a little bit of the positivity.
Tottenham made history for not signing a single player last summer or in January, but they are not expected to make that mistake again, with as many as five players likely to be brought into the club.
One of those men could be Fulham star Ryan Sessegnon, a player the Spurs boss has admired prior to the Cottagers making it to the Premier League.
With the London outfit already condemned to the Championship next term, the England under-21 international is expected to leave Craven Cottage, with PSG and Juventus among the clubs linked with his services.
The player himself has declared that he would like to move to Tottenham though and be part of the Pochettino revolution moving forward.
Fulham are understood to want £35 million for the teenager, but with him only turning 19 later this month, there could be a lot of upside on that sort of price for Spurs, should they beat off the significant competition for his signature.
