Everton summer signing Idrissa Gueye and Leicester City stalwart Danny Drinkwater have made the most tackles in the Premier League so far this season, according to data collated by The Daily Mail.
The new campaign is seven games in and takes a break for international fixtures, but it must be stated that the new midfield man at Goodison Park should be viewed as one of the best signings of the summer.

Gueye frustrated Aston Villa with his desire to leave the Midlands ahead of this season, but it is clear that the Senegal international needed to return to the Premier League.
The 27-year-old has made a league-high 36 tackles so far this term, six more than Drinkwater on 30.
The Leicester enforcer has had to up his workload following the summer departure of N’Golo Kante to Chelsea, but the former Manchester United man is clearly having a major impact at the King Power Stadium.
Liverpool’s Jordan Henderson and Hull City’s Sam Clucas were next on the list with 29 tackles apiece.
