Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard has told The Scottish Sun that he will never join Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers.
Edouard was asked the question about leaving Celtic for bitter Old Firm rivals Rangers while discussing his admiration of the Brazilian Ronaldo.
The Brazil legend played for both Real Madrid and Barcelona, as well as Inter Milan and AC Milan.
The 21-year-old French striker, though, has made it clear that he will never cross the Old Firm divide, and leave Celtic for Rangers.
Edouard told The Scottish Sun when asked if he could ever join Rangers: “No, never – it’s impossible!”
Important player for Celtic
Edouard is one of the best strikers in the Scottish Premiership, and he is a key figure for Celtic.
It is hard to see the striker leave the Hoops anything soon, and even if he does so, he is not going to join Rangers.
Not only are Celtic not going to sell one of their best players to their bitter Old Firm rivals, but Rangers are also not going to be afford the 21-year-old Frenchman.
