Celtic defends Greg Taylor has suggested to The Scottish Sun that he wants more playing time at the club.
The 22-year-old left-back joined Celtic from Kilmarnock in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £2.2 million.
Much was expected of the Scotland international when he switched to the Hoops, but the youngster has struggled for playing time at the Glasgow giants.
Taylor recently played 90 minutes for Scotland, and he has admitted that he wants more playing time at Celtic.
Taylor told The Scottish Sun: “Obviously it’s not been ideal not playing as much as I would have liked, but you have just got to be patient. It’s a massive club I’m at. And I enjoyed my 90 minutes.”
Taylor is a very talented and promising young player who can be a huge success for Celtic in the long.
True, the left-back is struggling for playing time at Celtic Park at the moment, but there is no doubt that he has a lot of potential and will establish himself as a regular in the coming years.
Celtic are aiming to win the domestic treble again this season, and have also progressed to the knockout rounds of the Europa League.
