The report suggests that scouts from Spurs, Arsenal and Southampton were in attendance to watch Lopes in action as his side beat Bury 3-1 at the weekend.
Mauricio Pochettino is building a young Tottenham squad at White Hart Lane and has a certain brief when looking for new players in the transfer market.
The North London club have had unprecedented success in signing young players from the Football League, with Dele Alli joining the club from the MK Dons and going on to become a top-class operator for the Premier League side.
Peterborough manager Grant McCann has been full of praise for Lopes in the recent past and the League One side are expected to struggle to hold onto the teenager come the new year.
