Newcastle United welcome West Ham United to St James’ Park on Saturday afternoon, looking to continue their brilliant run of form.
Three consecutive wins for Rafael Benitez’ men has seen the Magpies climb out of the bottom three as they currently sit 13th in the Premier League table.
Benitez could call upon Jamaal Lascelles as he appears to have recovered from a shoulder injury, while the Magpies could also welcome back Yoshinori Muto from a calf problem.
In this fixture Newcastle boast an impressive record, having defeated West Ham in four of their last five meetings.
Of the last 14 games played between the two sides at St James’ Park the Magpies have lost only once, drawing on five occasions and winning eight times, with that solitary defeat coming in 2012.
Newcastle boss Benitez also has an impressive record against the Hammers as he has beaten the London club 11 times, more than any other team he has faced as a manager.
The Spaniard is also looking to notch his 100th Premier League home victory and become only the eighth coach to do so.
Newcastle will be hoping that they can extend their winning run to four games when they welcome West Ham to St James’ Park, as they look to advance up the table and distance themselves from the bottom three.
