Manchester United are considering a surprise £25 million move for former player Michael Keane, according to The Sun.
The Red Devils have had some issues at the heart of their rearguard this season, with Jose Mourinho struggling to put out a consistent pairing at centre-half in 2016-17.

Keane was a youth player at Old Trafford before leaving to join Burnley and was a critical player in the Turf Moor outfit’s promotion from the Championship last season.
The 23-year-old has looked more than comfortable in the Premier League this season for Sean Dyche’s men and will be a key figure in his team’s chances of staying in the top flight.
Keane has been linked with a move to Chelsea, while his call-up to the England national squad was just rewards after his strong start to the campaign.
The latest rumbling suggests that United are ready to bring their former charge back to Manchester and are willing to pay a fee in the region of £25 million for him.
