Manchester United are ready to offload misfiring attacker Memphis Depay, with German newspaper Express claiming that Bundesliga side Wolfsburg are ready to make a big-money January move for him.
The former PSV Eindhoven sensation was brought to Old Trafford by compatriot Louis van Gaal last summer but has failed to make an impression in the Premier League.

Since Jose Mourinho’s appointment as the Red Devils’ new boss, Depay has been on the fringes of the action.
The Netherlands international has been vocal in the press over his desire to play regularly – something that United may well not be able to afford him.
The latest report suggests that Wolfsburg would be happy to take Depay off the Premier League side’s hands and are in the market for attacking reinforcements.
The German side lost Andre Schurrle to Borussia Dortmund over the summer, while star playmaker Julian Draxler has also tried to push an exit from the German side.
Depay is unlikely to receive much first-team football at Old Trafford in the Premier League this season and has the likes of Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Juan Mata ahead of him in wide areas.
