Manchester United maintained their 100 per cent Premier League winning record under Jose Mourinho on Saturday – but left it late to beat Hull City.

Super sub Marcus Rashford struck deep into injury time to give the Red Devils a 1-0 victory at the KCOM Stadium and send the visiting side and their fans into rapture.

The 18-year-old striker was a revelation last term under Louis van Gaal, but the summer arrival of Zlatan Ibrahimovic has seen the England international demoted to second-choice number nine.

Despite this, Rashford showed that he will have an important role to play if United are to fight for the Premier League title this season.

The victory leaves the Red Devils on top of the Premier League table along with Chelsea with three wins from three games.

After the dramatic late winner in the rain, the Manchester club’s players have taken to Twitter to display their relief, jubilation and gratitude to the fans.

Here are the best tweets from the United fans.
