With Liverpool beginning to show signs that they could finally be emerging as a force to be reckoned with in the Premier League, fans at Anfield will be happily surprised with the impact one summer signing has had so far this season.
At times last term the Reds looked to have the makings of a potent attacking force but it has been the addition of Sadio Mane, prior to the start of the campaign, that has been a key factor in them becoming a far more-dangerous beast.
The raw pace of the former Southampton man, coupled with a flourishing understanding with the likes of Philippe Coutinho and Adam Lallana, has brought an eye-catching new dimension to Liverpool as an attacking force.
Sadio Mane at Liverpool…

The Senegalese wideman has already chipped in with two goals and an assist, in his impressive start to the season.
It could well be though, that Liverpool fans should actually be thanking their fiercest rivals for bringing the 24-year-old to the club.
Manchester United were heavily linked with the winger the previous summer but thanks to the Old Trafford outfit securing alternative targets, Liverpool were unopposed as they sealed a £34 million deal this year.
United’s attention at the time turned to their pursuit of Memphis Depay, who joined in 2015 but has woefully disappointed after a promising start.
The Dutchman’s former club, PSV Eindhoven, announced when the player headed to Manchester that Liverpool, then managed by Brendan Rodgers, had also been keen on their star.

Depay’s stock has plummeted since and under Jose Mourinho he seems limited to brief cameo appearances.
The current situation will be greatly satisfying to Liverpool fans who will feel they dodged a bullet when the Anfield club were beaten to his signature.
Their silver lining, in the form of Mane, is so far proving to be the far superior option.
