Manchester United are due to face off against Partizan Belgrade in a Europa League clash at the FK Partizan Stadium on Thursday evening.
The game could be a tough one for United especially as they are playing on unfamiliar territory.
The Red Devils will however go into the game with confidence after having held Liverpool to a 1-1 draw in the Premier League last weekend.
David De Gea and Paul Pogba are not part of the United squad as they continue to recover from injury, according to a report which was published by Sky Sports.
The report added that United stars Diogo Dalot, Luke Shaw, Nemanja Matic, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Axel Tuanzebe and Eric Bailly are all missing.
The report however did add that Jesse Lingard is back with the United group, while Ethan Laird has also been included in the Red Devils squad for the first time in his career.
United U23 goalkeeper Matej Kovar is also part of the first-team squad which travels to Serbia and will serve as cover for Sergio Romero.
The time last that the two sides met was during the 1965-66 campaign when they played each other during the semi-finals of the European Cup.
Partizan went on to win the home leg 2-0 before losing the away leg 1-0 to reach the final.
United have a good record in the Europa League and are unbeaten during their previous 13 games since they were defeated by Fenerbahce back in November 2016. Since then they have never conceded more than once in a game.
