Premier League side Manchester United are stepping up their interest in Paris Saint-Germain defender Serge Aurier and could make a move for the African full-back in January, according to The Mirror.
Jose Mourinho’s men have issues at the back, with Antonio Valencia filling in at right-back but currently injured with a broken arm.

This has afforded Matteo Darmian the opportunity to play but the Italian is being linked with a return to his homeland in the new year.
With Valencia’s contract up at the end of the season, right-back is seemingly an area that the Red Devils will look to bolster.
Aurier has proven himself capable of starring for PSG in both Ligue 1 and the Champions League but has caused a stir with his behaviour off the field.
The controversial defender criticised former boss Laurent Blanc and his conduct away from the game has been questioned.
However, there is little doubting that the Ivory Coast international would be an impressive signing for United, with Aurier valued around £18 million according to the report.
