As can be seen above, Solhekol has stated that the Premier League duo are tracking the South American.
United have already signed Anthony Martial from the Principality outfit and have issues at right-back, with winger Antonio Valencia first-choice in the position currently.
Chelsea have Branislav Ivanovic at right-back, but signing Fabinho would offer the Blues an extra option at the back and allow the Serb to cover centrally if required.
Antonio Conte has been vocal in his desire to sign a new defender before the window closes.
