McQueen has broken into the Southampton starting XI this season and has impressed while making a number of Premier League appearances at left-back.
With the 21-year-old only having 18 months remaining on his current contract with the Saints, both Liverpool and Leicester are ready to try and snatch him away from Claude Puel’s men according to the report.
The Foxes need a long-term replacement for Christian Fuchs, while left-back is an area of weakness for the Reds, with James Milner playing out of position there this season.
McQueen is the latest in a long line of prodigious players to come through the fabled Southampton youth ranks.
