Leeds United have been included as a potential destination for Chelsea forward Patrick Bamford in January in a report in The Telegraph.
The Elland Road outfit are on a fine run of form and are pushing towards potential promotion to the Premier League this season under Garry Monk.
The Yorkshire side are expected to add a new player or two to their squad over the next month in a bid to aid their chances of making the leap up to English football’s top tier.
Bamford has had a hot-and-cold career to date, with goals galore in the Championship while on loan from the Blues but botched loan stints at Premier League clubs.
Leeds are being tipped to sign a striker in January to take some of the goalscoring burden from Chris Wood’s shoulders, with the Whites listed alongside Hull City as a possible club that could sign Bamford in the report.
The 23-year-old is currently on loan at Burnley but is not playing, while he netted 17 Championship goals for Middlesbrough in the 2014-15 campaign.
