Leeds United are in talks with West Ham United to sign striker Ashley Fletcher in January, according to The Sun.
The Championship side are currently in contention for a playoff place and manager Garry Monk is said to be keen to add to their squad next month to consolidate their place near the top of the table.

Fletcher, who is a product of the Manchester United academy, joined the Hammers on a four-year deal over the summer after a successful loan spell at Barnsley last season.
The striker has found it difficult to find the net so far however, scoring just one goal in 13 appearances for the Irons.
Monk is looking for a new forward to share goalscoring duties with Chris Wood, who has 14 goals in all competitions for Leeds so far this season.
The London side will reportedly be looking to get around £2 million for the striker if he is to depart the club, which is looking likely as he is finding it difficult to find form at the moment.
