Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic has sent a passionate message to the club’s supporters after the London side confirmed a place in the Championship play-offs on Saturday.

The Craven Cottage outfit went into the weekend’s fixture with Brentford needing to match Leeds United’s result and duly did so with a 1-1 draw.

With Garry Monk’s men failing to take advantage and drawing 3-3 with Norwich City at Elland Road, after being 3-0 down, Fulham are confirmed as one of the four teams to feature in the race to win promotion to the Premier League.

The Cottagers will be joined by Reading, Huddersfield Town and Sheffield Wednesday in the play-offs.

Jokanovic is clearly a popular figure among the Fulham fans, with the former Watford boss transforming the London club’s fortunes since taking over at Craven Cottage.

As can be seen above, the shrewd coach has thanked the club’s supporters for their unwavering backing this campaign and posted a video of their celebrations.
