Jamie Carragher said on the Monday Night Football show on Sky Sports Premier League on Monday evening (September 16, 2019) that he is a “massive fan “of West Ham United attacking midfielder Manuel Lanzini.
The Liverpool legend says that West Ham missed the 26-year-old attacking midfielder last season.
Due to injury issues, the Argentina international made eight starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Hammers last season, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.
According to a report in The Liverpool Echo in June 2018, Liverpool wanted to sign Lanzini from Premier League rivals West Ham in the summer of 2018.
