Inter Milan are planning to offer a swap deal for Tottenham Hotspur’s Erik Lamela, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri are allegedly planning to offer Spurs Marcelo Brozovic in a straight swap that would see the Argentine return to Serie A four years after leaving Italy.

The 25-year-old swapped Rome for the English capital in August 2013 in a deal worth an initial Ł25.8 million, plus Ł4.2 million in bonuses.
Lamela made 17 appearances in his debut season between September and December 2013 but only found the net once in a Europa League match against FC Sheriff Tiraspol.
He then damaged his back in April 2014 and was ruled out for the rest of the campaign.
The winger has not played for Spurs since October 2016 having picked up a hip injury, but some fans believe there are other factors that are stopping Mauricio Pochettino picking the forward.
Brozovic, the player Inter are offering in exchange, has made 22 appearances for the Italian side and has found the net five times from midfield so far this season.
With Lamela never really finding his feet at White Hart Lane, it would be a surprising move for the club to accept a swap deal for him rather than trying to make some money back.
