Some Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Helder Costa against Stoke City on Thursday evening.
Costa was in action for Leeds in their Championship game against Stoke at Elland Road this evening.
The 26-year-old winger started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Marcelo Bielsa’s side won 5-0.
The Portugal international – who recently made his loan move from Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers permanent – had one of his best games this season and also scored in the second half.
According to WhoScored, Costa took one shot which ended in goal, played four key passes, had a pass accuracy of 89.7%, took 42 touches, attempted two dribbles, and put in one cross.
So far this season, the winger has made 31 starts and 10 substitute appearances in the Championship for the West Yorkshire outfit, scoring four goals and providing four assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
The victory over the Potters means that the Whites inch closer to returning to the Premier League.
