Graham Roberts has suggested on Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur should not sign Anthony Martial from Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
According to The Sun, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is ready to sell Martial this summer due to his poor attitude in training.
Spurs were linked with a move for the 23-year-old forward last summer, with The Telegraph reporting in July 2018 that the North London outfit were interested in the youngster.
The report had also claimed that the France international forward was keen on a move to Tottenham last summer.
Martial has been on the books of United since the summer of 2015 when he joined from AS Monaco.
Much was expected of the youngster when he arrived at Old Trafford, but the talented and promising 23-year-old forward has failed to establish himself in the starting lineup at Old Trafford and has made only 18 starts in the Premier League this season, scoring 10 goals and providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
Former Tottenham star Roberts has suggested on Twitter that Spurs should not make a move for Martial this summer.
Why would we want a bad apple if he’s not good in training
