Everton are interested in signing Chelsea striker Bertrand Traore in the summer, according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.
The 21-year-old is currently on loan at Ajax, netting eight goals in 29 appearances so far this season.
It is believed that the Toffees are looking to replace star striker Romelu Lukaku who recently rejected a new contract to remain at Goodison Park.
Traore joined the Chelsea academy from French club Auxerre back in 2010 and went on to play for the senior team ten times before being loaned out to Vitesse and Ajax.
The Burkina Faso international, who has represented his country since the age of 15, is considered to be a top goal-scoring talent.
With the seemingly imminent departure of Lukaku, Everton will be looking to recruit young and gifted forwards in order for a chance to pursue European football next year.
However, they are not the only side interested in the attacker. Serie A team Napoli have also expressed similar intentions and could potentially challenge the Merseyside club for his services.
