Everton are ready to make a move for former Stoke City midfielder Steven N’Zonzi and are willing to pay over £20 million to bring him back to the Premier League, according to The Mirror.
The 27-year-old French midfield enforcer was impressive over three seasons with the Potters but left to join Spanish side Sevilla last year.

N’Zonzi has not always been guaranteed an automatic berth in the La Liga outfit’s team during his time in Spain but he has started five of the side’s seven league games so far this season.
The report stipulates that Ronald Koeman wants to add more power to his Toffees side and is still looking for an all-action midfielder after missing out on Moussa Sissoko in the summer.
N’Zonzi is believed to have a release clause at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan of more than £20 million but the Merseyside club are willing to meet this to bring him back to the Premier League.
Everton have started this season well and currently sit in fourth place in the Premier League with 14 points from their opening seven fixtures.
