Everton face off in the Premier League against Fulham on Saturday at Craven Cottage. The Cottagers will be playing for pride as they have already mathematically been relegated from the Premier League.
The Toffees head into the contest on a good run of form after having won their previous three Premier League games, which included an impressive 1-0 win against Arsenal last Sunday.
Everton will be the more motivated side heading into the match. They will be aiming to push for as many points as possible during the last few games of the season in order to try and potentially secure European football for next season. Fulham on the other hand will not be motivated following their relegation.
Marco Silva’s side have a good record against Fulham. The Cottagers are in poor form heading into the encounter having failed to win during their previous ten Premier League games.
The last time that the two sides met was back in September during a league game at Goodison Park with Everton going on to win 3-0, a game in which Gylfi Sigurdsson bagged a brace.
In good news for Everton, defender Michael Keane has recovered from the illness which caused him to miss the win over Arsenal last weekend and will be available for selection, according to Sky Sports.
Silva good have a problem on his hands. In Keane’s absence, veteran Phil Jagielka gave a solid performance against the Gunners last weekend and even scored the winner.
Yerry Mina will not play due to a hamstring problem while Morgan Schneiderlin will be available after having recovered from an ankle complaint.
