Everton play against Burnley in a Premier League clash at Goodison Park on Friday night.
With two games left to play this season, the Toffees are still in the running to potentially qualify for next season’s Europa League.
As things stand, Everton are in ninth position on the Premier League standings with 50 points and four points adrift of seventh place Wolves.
Marco Silva’s Toffees side will be looking for a win from this game.
The Merseysiders are currently in good form, having won four out of their last six games. Silva’s Everton side may find it hard to break down the Clarets who have also been in good form during the past month and who were unbeaten in four games before losing 1-0 to Manchester City last weekend.
The last time that the two sides met was in December and Everton went on to win 5-1.
The Toffees are set to have Theo Walcott and Yerry Mina available for the clash, according to a report published by Sky Sports.
Walcott made his return to action as a substitute against Crystal Palace last weekend after having suffered from illness.
Mina has been out of action since March 17 after having suffered a hamstring injury.
Andre Gomes is set to serve out the final game of his three-match ban while Morgan Schneiderlin could be set to return in midfield.
This game promises to be a good one. Everton will be more fired up to win as they could be in contention to play in the Europa League. Burnley are safe from relegation and will be playing for pride.
