Everton will turn their attention to Tottenham Hotspur right-back Kieran Trippier this summer, according to The Sun.

The Toffees are expected to revamp Ronald Koemans squad at the end of the season, with new faces set to arrive at Goodison Park.

Everton will be without usual right-back Seamus Coleman for the foreseeable future after the defender broke his leg while on international duty for the Republic of Ireland.

Trippier started Tottenhams 2-0 Premier League win over Burnley on Saturday but the forward-thinking full-back is usually a reserve behind Kyle Walker.

The report suggests that Everton are willing to offer the Spurs star regular first-team football on Merseyside and will bid 12 million this summer.

Tottenham will surely be reluctant to let Trippier leave, as Mauricio Pochettino trusts the former Burnley man and has played him in big games such as Champions League ties in the recent past.

Spurs have ambitions of a long-term place along English footballs elite, with the North London side currently second in the Premier League and through to the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

No chance, Levy will not sell to rivals in the Premier league, city, manu, Everton and whoever else will have no joy trying to buy our team. And I’m sure Levy knows the backlash from the fans would most likely see him leaving Spurs himself.
