Everton are set to make a new offer for Queens Park Rangers winger Josh Bowler, a report in The Mirror claims.
The Toffees are understood to have had an initial bid totalling around £3 million rejected for the 18-year-old but will test the R’s resolve with an improved proposal.

Bowler joined QPR following his release from fellow London side Fulham in 2013 but has made only one senior appearance for his current club.
That came in the 4-0 defeat to Norwich City on the final day of the Championship season, when the Englishman was introduced as a second-half substitute.
Despite his lack of experience, Everton manager Ronald Koeman is clearly keen to bolster the young talent at his disposal, as demonstrated when he snapped up Ademola Lookman from Charlton Athletic in January.
Bowler could be the latest name to be added to the Goodison Park roster ahead of a season that will see them compete in European competition for the first time since the 2014-15 campaign.
The Blues managed a seventh-placed finish in the Premier League and will enter the Europa League next term, meaning squad rotation is likely as Koeman seeks to keep his players fit and firing.
